Users placed over 15 thousand orders for AI headphones "Yandex Drops" in the first week of sales through a chat with "Alisa AI". The total amount of orders was about 135 million rubles, Yandex reported.

Sales started on June 9, 2026, in an experimental format: the device was initially available only in a dialogue with the neural network, without a separate storefront in an online store or marketplace. In the chat, one could learn about the new product and immediately place an order.

The strongest demand occurred on the first day. Then users placed over 5 thousand orders – approximately one-third of the weekly sales volume.

Yandex calls the launch one of the first practical scenarios of agent commerce in its services. The essence of the model is that the user not only receives information about the product from AI but immediately performs a target action – buys the device in the same dialogue.

From June 16, "Yandex Drops" also began to be sold through regular distribution channels – online and offline stores. At the same time, the ability to order headphones through a chat with "Alisa AI" remained. The price of the device is 9 thousand rubles.
