The Moscow plant "ODK-Salyut" trains highly qualified multi-specialists who can fill several working professions at the enterprise. The advantage of this approach was explained by the managing director of the enterprise, Alexey Gromov.
According to him, the presence of such employees makes the work of production units efficient and more flexible.
Employees become interchangeable and mobile, which allows them to move between different sections depending on production demands and ensure high quality of manufactured products for the domestic engine-building industry.
"ODK-Salyut" participates in the creation of advanced and strategically important aircraft engines for the country, including PD-8, PD-14, and the TV7-117 series.
The plant management listens to the opinions of employees and implements innovations based on their suggestions, which allows saving millions of rubles.
