Citydrive has launched a new option for carsharing — "Turbocasko". With it, the driver can skip photo inspection of the car before and after rental, and immediately get behind the wheel and start the trip.
The company calls this the first such solution in carsharing. The option should save time in situations where you need to leave quickly: for example, in the rain, for an urgent meeting, or when your phone is almost dead.
Don't worry about scratches that were there before you, and if the car gets damaged during the trip – there will be no fines.
"Turbocasko" works only with "Kasko" connected and participation in the promotion. You can enable the option in the "Insurance and Protection" section of the app or in the car's card before the trip. It adds 20% to the rental cost with "Kasko", but until the end of June, it is available with a 50% discount.
Not all users will be able to connect the new protection. The conditions are as follows: the driver must be at least 20 years old, their reputation in Citydrive must be up to x1.25 inclusive, and there must have been no accidents caused by them in the last six months.
However, "Turbocasko" does not cancel the basic rules of rental and insurance. The protection will not work in case of gross violations of traffic rules, so the company separately reminds: for the option to cover the trip, the terms of the contract must be observed.
