The development belongs to specialists of the Okeanpribor concern

The United Shipbuilding Corporation presented the Hydro Dragon mobile hydroacoustic communication station for autonomous uninhabited underwater vehicles at the International Maritime Defense Show "Fleet-2026" in Kronstadt. This was reported by the USC press service.

Hydro Dragon was developed by specialists of the Okeanpribor concern (part of USC). It provides hydroacoustic communication, navigation, and positioning for underwater vehicles.

The mobile station is based on unified small-sized hydroacoustic channel modems. Hydro Dragon transmits telemetry information and remote control commands in interference-resistant (long-range) or high-speed (short-range) communication modes.

This equipment can be integrated with autonomous uninhabited underwater vehicles of various classes.
