A project for a toll highway between ZIL and the southwest has appeared in Moscow. The route, approximately 11 km long, is estimated at 31.6 billion rubles. It will allow bypassing the Third Ring Road. Renders were published by the insider Telegram channel "Stroyki — i tochka".

The project includes 16 artificial structures, including a new bridge over the Moskva River near the Danilovsky railway bridge of the MCC. Pedestrians will also be able to use it. The concession agreement is for 49 years — until 2074. Construction will begin in the fourth quarter of 2026, and traffic will open in 2029. The toll price will be determined after construction is completed.
The new highway will relieve the Third Ring Road and connect southwestern districts with the center. Drivers will get an alternative to the TTK, but will have to pay for passage. For Moscow, this is another toll highway after Bagration Avenue and the MSD.
