T-90M "Proryv" tank engine plant again drowning in lawsuits

Claims against "ChTZ-Uraltrak" filed by Chelyabinsk USTEK and NOVATEK

New lawsuits have been filed against the "ChTZ-Uraltrak" plant, which produces tank engines. The information appeared in the card index of the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region.

"USTEK-Chelyabinsk" and "NOVATEK-Chelyabinsk" plan to recover debts from the enterprise. The first company presented a debt of 1.3 million rubles to the enterprise, and the second - 6.2 million.

"ChTZ-Uraltrak" is part of the Uralvagonzavod Concern of Rostec and produces engines for the T-90M and T-72B3M. In parallel, the company is also being sued for another 741 million rubles for non-payment of electricity to the Chelyabinsk enterprise "Uralenergosbyt".

Since payment problems have been ongoing for more than a year, the energy company intends to consider other legal measures, including initiating bankruptcy proceedings for ChTZ.
