NOVATEK-Chelyabinsk LLC has filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region against the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant - Uraltrak (ChTZ) to recover multi-million dollar debt for gas supplied. The gas supplier's claims amount to 33.5 million rubles.
It should be noted that NOVATEK-Chelyabinsk files lawsuits against the structure almost monthly. For example, in December, almost 6 million rubles were recovered from the enterprise. In addition, applications for several tens of millions of rubles are being considered.
ChTZ-Uraltrak is part of the Uralvagonzavod Concern of Rostec, the main manufacturer of tanks in Russia, including the T-90M "Proryv", T-80BVM and T-72B3M. The company is a leading Russian manufacturer of industrial special equipment and diesel engines.
