Dozens of millions in debt counted for the "daughter" company of the manufacturer of the T-90M "Proryv"

NOVATEK has gone to court against Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant - Uraltrak

A statement of claim from OOO "NOVATEK-Chelyabinsk" against "Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant — Uraltrak" (ChTZ) for the recovery of a multimillion-ruble debt for supplied gas has been filed with the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region. The gas supplier's claims amount to 33.5 million rubles.

It should be noted that statements of claim from "NOVATEK-Chelyabinsk" against the structure are received almost every month. For example, in December, nearly 6 million rubles were recovered from the enterprise. In addition, claims worth several tens of millions of rubles are under consideration.

"ChTZ-Uraltrak" is part of Rostec's Uralvagonzavod Concern — the main manufacturer of tanks in Russia, including the T-90M "Proryv," T-80BVM, and T-72B3M. The company is a leading Russian manufacturer of industrial special-purpose equipment and diesel engines.

At the same time, there are also claims directly against Uralvagonzavod. "Pervyi Tekhnicheskii" compiled the key events in one article that together form an ambiguous picture of what is happening around the enterprise.
