Approach angle of 16 degrees and wheel wells: Rosspetsmash presented a new trailer-lowboy for special equipment

Model 94532M is designed for 7 tons of cargo

The Beryozovsky Automobile Trailer Plant (part of the Rosspetsmash association) has developed and launched into production a tandem-type trailer-lowboy, model 94532M. The new product is designed for transporting self-propelled boom sprayers, including "Tuman 2M", all-terrain vehicles, backhoe loaders, as well as wheeled tractors and road construction machines.

The trailer has a payload capacity of 7 tons, with a gross vehicle weight of 10 tons. The length of the cargo platform is 7.95 meters, and the width is 2.5 meters. The loading height in the main area is 890 millimeters, and in the areas of the niches it is 640 millimeters. The approach angle with ramps reaches 16 degrees, which ensures convenient loading for all types of equipment.

The lowboy is equipped with air suspension and AVG 12-ton axles with drum brake mechanisms. The braking system includes ABS (2S/2M). For transporting the "Tuman 2M" sprayer, the design provides standard wheel wells. The trailer is also equipped with loops for securing cargo, wheel chocks, lashing chains, and a spare wheel bracket.

The new product is intended for agricultural, construction, and road enterprises that need to transport oversized and heavy special equipment. Production is located at the facilities of the Beryozovsky Automobile Trailer Plant. With the launch of model 94532M, the company's line of trailer equipment, focused on working with oversized cargo, is expanding. The use of air suspension and ABS increases transport safety and reduces the load on the transported equipment.
