Heavy Hauler for Giant Loads: Beryozovsky Trailer Plant Released a 16-meter Platform

BZAP 94554M is reinforced with S500 and S700 steel, and the steering axle increases maneuverability

Beryozovsky Trailer Plant (part of the "Rosspetsmash" association) has manufactured and shipped a new BZAP 94554M heavy-duty semi-trailer to a customer from Novosibirsk. The machine is designed for transporting heavy and oversized cargo: agricultural and special equipment, construction equipment, modular buildings, pipes, and beams.

The platform's dimensions are impressive: length — 16.1 meters, loading area — almost 11.7 meters. The width in the basic version is 2.55 meters, and with extenders, it reaches 3 meters. The loading height is 0.9 meters. The frame was reinforced and made of high-strength S500 and S700 steel grades with additional stiffeners, ensuring maximum strength and durability.

The design of the wheel axles is thought out for difficult conditions. The first axle is liftable, the second and third are stationary, and the fourth is steering. This scheme increases maneuverability on turns and when moving over difficult terrain.

Equipment can be loaded from the rear using removable aluminum ramps with adjustable track width. Partial loading onto the "gooseneck" part is also possible using the same ramps. The braking system is a two-line pneumatic system with ABS and a parking brake for additional safety.
