A new production milestone has been recorded at the Vinogradovsky coal mine – the enterprise has reached the mark of 200 million tons of extracted coal. The anniversary ton was shipped with the participation of a BELAZ 75585 series mining dump truck with a carrying capacity of 90 tons, which delivered the rock mass as part of the standard technological cycle.
BELAZ-75585 machines are used at the enterprise for continuous transportation of overburden and coal around the clock. The fleet includes dump trucks of various carrying capacities – from 45 to 220 tons. 90-ton machines are used as a universal solution for main transport operations in the quarry.
The machines are designed for reliable operation in difficult conditions. Their design uses AC electromechanical transmissions and hydropneumatic suspension. These elements ensure stability and controllability even on the rugged terrain of the open-pit mine.
Reaching the 200 million ton mark signifies a long volume of industrial production and stable operation of the enterprise's transport scheme.
