Almost 1 Million Without Bureaucracy: Muscovites Obtain Medical Certificates Through "Gosuslugi"

Vaccination, fluorography, and medical examination data are available remotely

Muscovites have processed almost 1 million medical certificates through the new digital service since its launch in 2025. This was announced by Elena Shinkaruk, Chairperson of the Moscow Committee of Public Services.

According to her, since autumn 2025, residents of the capital can remotely obtain the most requested medical documents. These include a vaccination card or certificate, a certificate of no contact with infectious patients, a certificate of preventive medical examination or health check-up, and a fluorography certificate.

Since December 2025, the service also allows ordering a medical certificate for admission to physical culture and sports events, including GTO. In addition, certificates for admission to sports for adults and children based on the results of medical examinations are available.

An important part of the service is automatic patient routing. If the system lacks information about the examinations required for a specific certificate, the person will first receive an electronic referral for examination. There will be no need to make a separate appointment with a doctor just to get such a referral.
