All vaccinations of Russians will be transferred to digital format: data will appear on "Gosuslugi"

The Ministry of Health is preparing to launch a system that will store data on vaccinations, contraindications, and refusals

The Ministry of Health is preparing to launch a unified federal register of vaccinations — all information about the vaccination of Russians will be collected in one system and will be available through a personal account on "Gosuslugi".

The register will include data on all vaccinations, contraindications, refusals to vaccinate, and even post-vaccination complications. The system will become part of the state healthcare infrastructure and will allow synchronizing information between clinics across the country.

For users, the main change is full access to their vaccination history. You no longer have to look for paper certificates or remember which vaccinations have already been done: all information will be stored digitally and updated automatically. Parents will be able to track data on their children's vaccinations.

The authorities expect that the register will help to more effectively plan vaccine purchases, evaluate the results of vaccination campaigns, and respond more quickly to the risks of the spread of infections.

At the same time, access to personal data will be limited: medical organizations will receive complete information only on their patients, and departments will receive anonymized statistics. The Ministry of Health emphasizes that the data will be protected within the framework of the existing legislation on personal information and medical confidentiality.

The draft resolution has already been submitted for public discussion. After approval, the system will begin to operate at the federal level, but the exact launch dates have not yet been disclosed.
