The certificate is signed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature of the head of the expert bureau and is an extract from the register with all the information that is currently contained in the paper document.
The paper version is not canceled: at the request of the citizen, he can contact the bureau of medical and social expertise and receive a printed certificate with the seal of the institution.
