Scheduled maintenance of the PAES-2500 power plant, which is responsible for the backup power supply of the facility's infrastructure, has been completed at the Kushchevskoye underground gas storage facility. The work was carried out by KMZ specialists as part of the current service support program for energy equipment.

During the repair, specialists checked the condition of the main components of the plant, performed routine maintenance, and tested the operation of key systems. After maintenance, the power plant is ready for further operation in normal mode.

The Kushchevskoye underground gas storage facility is considered one of the important objects of the gas infrastructure in the south of Russia. It helps to compensate for seasonal peaks in gas consumption in the Krasnodar Territory, Rostov Region, and the Republic of Adygea, and also maintains the stability of supplies via the Blue Stream gas pipeline.

KMZ noted that the company continues to provide service support for PAES-2500 power plants at fuel and energy complex facilities. Such work helps maintain the reliability of backup power supply and reduces the risks of critical equipment shutdown.
