"Yuzhny Regional Operator" for solid municipal waste (SMW) management purchased 19 MAZ garbage trucks to serve municipal districts of Krasnodar Krai. This was reported by the press service of the Minsk Automobile Plant (OAO "MAZ").
Special equipment has started operating in the Novorossiysk and Starominskaya zones.
The three-axle garbage truck is designed to transport 22 cubic meters of waste. The equipment has a side and rear loading system.
All vehicles are equipped with a GLONASS system (determines precise coordinates, speed). Thanks to the equipment, the dispatcher can track the waste removal route.
Special equipment is created in cooperation between MAZ and KDM (Smolensk). Built-in hydraulic units with pressing and ejecting plates of Russian production are used for waste compaction.
