Another lawsuit has been added to the collection of court cases against the Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA). The lawsuit was filed with the Arbitration Court of the Rostov Region by "Alyuminiy Metallurg Rus".
The largest aluminum producer in southern Russia demands in its statement to recover debts from UZGA in the amount of more than 90.4 million rubles and over 14.1 million in interest.
The arbitration will consider the statement of "Alyuminiy Metallurg Rus" in June. Currently, the details of the claims are not disclosed in the court's file.
There are already about 85 lawsuits against UZGA under consideration by the courts, the total amount of claims for which exceeds 7 billion rubles. Against this background, the enterprise is trying to launch the new LMS-901 "Baikal" aircraft.
Senator Sergey Muratov previously hinted at the unenviable position of UZGA. He called for financial support for the "Baikal" project.
