Assets of the T-90M tank engine production site face arrest

The FNS filed a lawsuit against the Traktorozavodsky Technopark in Chelyabinsk

The Federal Tax Service (FNS) has filed a lawsuit for the foreclosure of pledged property of OOO "Technopark "Traktorozavodsky"", which manages the site of the Chelyabinsk Tractor Plant (ChTZ). The company's debt to tax authorities amounts to about 22 million rubles.

This refers to eight real estate objects located on Lake Uvildy. Among them are a recreation center and cottages, which are on the balance sheet of the management company.

The court has already taken interim measures, temporarily restricting the possibility of selling the property until the proceedings are completed.

OOO "Technopark "Traktorozavodsky"" is the managing structure of the ChTZ-Uraltrak plant site, where power units for T-72, T-90 "Proryv" tanks and promising platforms, including "Armata", are produced.
