The first serial passenger electric vessel "Lomonosov" (project "Moskva 2.0") was launched in the Leningrad Oblast. It was built by shipbuilders of the private shipyard "Emperium".
A Liebherr crane lifted the 135-ton vessel and moved it to the outfitting quay of the enterprise.
Andrey Bubnov, CEO of "Emperium", stated that serial construction of electric vessels is the company's main production program. In his opinion, the "Moskva 2.0" project is a world-class product.
After launching, internal work on the "Lomonosov" will be completed. Then it will be prepared for sea trials and delivery to the customer ("Vodokhodъ").
Project "Moskva 2.0"
The series includes electric vessels "Strelna", "Lomonosov", "Petergof", "Pushkin", "Oreshek". Construction of the first vessel began in 2024. Project "Moskva 2.0" is called a modern version of the Soviet motor ship of the "Moskva" R-51 type.
