Two Airports from "Airports of Regions" Demand Over 3.1 Billion Rubles from Contractor Through Court

Details of claims against Moscow-based company "Stroy Techno Engineering" are not disclosed

Two major Russian airports of the "Airports of Regions" holding company have sued the same construction contractor, collectively demanding over 3.1 billion rubles. The plaintiffs are the airports of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky and Yekaterinburg, and the defendant is the Moscow-based company "Stroy Techno Engineering".

Elizovo Airport in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky is seeking 2.8 billion rubles from the contractor through arbitration. This company acted as the general contractor for the construction of the new passenger terminal, which began operations in 2025. Concurrently, Koltsovo Airport in Yekaterinburg filed a lawsuit for 402 million rubles against the same organization.

The parties do not disclose the details of the claims — the public case materials lack information about the nature of the violations or the reasons for the financial demands.

"Stroy Techno Engineering" is a Moscow-based company registered in 2011. Over the years, it has implemented a number of large projects: hotels, business centers, and premium residential complexes. Among its recent well-known projects is the construction of the new Aeroflot headquarters in Moscow.

The lawsuits are in their initial stages. Dates for preliminary hearings have not yet been set.
