JSC "Information Satellite Systems" named after Academician M. F. Reshetnev (part of Roscosmos) has developed and manufactured two flight models of antenna systems for promising manned transport spacecraft. The devices will provide communication with the mission control center in various frequency ranges.
Each system includes an antenna with a 940 mm diameter reflector, mechanics and electronics units, temperature and rotation angle sensors, as well as locking and deployment mechanisms. The samples have successfully passed ground tests and have already been delivered to the customer — PJSC "RSC Energia" named after S. P. Korolev".
The creation of space application antennas is one of the key competencies of "Reshetnev". Such developments are in demand in the Russian rocket and space industry. Previously, one of the company's antenna systems was manufactured for the domestic segment of the International Space Station.
