Rostov agricultural machinery manufacturer LLC "Combine Plant Rostselmash" finished 2025 with a net loss of 5.2 billion rubles against a profit of 6.9 billion a year earlier. The deterioration of financial results occurred against the background of falling revenue and rising mandatory payments.
The company's revenue fell by almost 30% — from 78.4 to 55.1 billion rubles. The main blow befell sales of machinery and spare parts, which collapsed by more than 20 billion rubles.
The key factor was a sharp increase in the utilization fee. Over the year, it increased almost 3.5 times — to 21 billion rubles. Expenses are directly included in commercial expenses, which have more than doubled.
The budget partially compensated for the burden, the amount of subsidies increased to 18.4 billion rubles. However, even this was not enough to maintain profits. As a result, the loss from sales reached 23.6 billion rubles against a profit of 1.9 billion a year earlier.
Against this background, Rostselmash is not up to new investments. Co-owner of the company Konstantin Babkin stated that the company will try to bring the already launched projects to mind.
