The owner of the Orion drone manufacturer, the Kronshtadt group of companies of the same name, finished 2025 with a net loss of 4.6 billion rubles. The company's revenue decreased by 1%, reaching 100.2 million rubles.
The company's balance sheet increased by 37% to 47 billion rubles. Kronshtadt Group issued a loan of 16 billion rubles to its subsidiary, the UAV manufacturer Kronshtadt.
According to the explanations to the accounting report, Kronshtadt's negative financial result is due to the accrual of a reserve for financial investments, as well as high interest rates on loans.
Kronshtadt is one of the flagships of the unmanned aviation market in Russia, producing Orion and Inokhodets reconnaissance drones. The company is also becoming a defendant in lawsuits; in 2025, they demanded 1.8 billion rubles in 81 cases.
