Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after G. M. Beriev (TANTK) became the defendant in a lawsuit by the security company RT-Okhrana. The total amount of financial claims is more than 88.7 million rubles, the case was considered by the Arbitration Court of the Rostov Region.
The security company, under the agreement of February 2025, undertook to provide departmental security for the facilities, but the aircraft factory did not fully pay for the services provided.
PJSC "TANTK named after G. M. Beriev" did not voluntarily comply with the decision of the arbitration court. The higher instance sided with RT-Okhrana.
It should be noted that RT-Okhrana is part of the holding company JSC "SIBER", which unites security and service structures of the state corporation Rostec.
TANTK named after Beriev is part of the United Aircraft Corporation and produces Be-200 amphibious aircraft, which in the future will receive PD-8 engines.
