Contracts for the construction of facilities in Dagestan exceeded 1 billion rubles and included work on the construction of berths, infrastructure and ensuring the accommodation of personnel.

The investigation claims that the abuses occurred during the supply of inert materials — crushed stone, gravel and sand.

Five people are involved in the case, including employees of the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Main Directorate of Special Construction" and representatives of contracting organizations.

According to the investigation, two suspects have gone into hiding and have been put on the international wanted list. The property of the accused was seized in the amount of more than 100 million rubles.
