The crew of the T-72B3M tank of the "Southern" group of troops destroyed the enemy's unmanned aerial vehicle control point. According to the Ministry of Defense, the fire mission was carried out from a closed position using standard reconnaissance and guidance equipment.
T-72B3M is one of the most advanced versions of the legendary tank. The vehicle is armed with a 125-mm high-precision gun, equipped with a multi-channel "Sosna-U" sight with a thermal imager and a laser rangefinder, which allows hitting targets day and night.
Under the hood is a diesel engine with a capacity of 1130 horsepower, accelerating the 46-ton vehicle to 60 km/h. The tank is protected by reinforced dynamic armor "Relikt" and a complex for reducing visibility "Nakidka". The crew consists of three people, the rate of fire is up to eight rounds per minute.
