Su-30SM2 and Su-24M pilots destroy the fortified area of a mock enemy with P-50T aerial bombs

Crews of Su-30SM2 fighters and Su-24M front-line bombers delivered high-precision strikes against ground targets at a training ground in the Kaliningrad region. The pilots also carried out firing from 23 mm caliber cannon armament. This was reported by the press service of the Baltic Fleet.

Su-30SM2 and Su-24M practiced reconnaissance, fire support for motorized rifle units, as well as the elimination of command posts of a mock enemy.

The press service of the fleet said that after the opening of the ground situation, the aircraft flew to the specified square. There, the pilots destroyed the "enemy" fortified area with the help of P-50T aerial bombs.

The pilots also practiced combat maneuvering and evasion from fighters and air defense systems of a mock enemy.

The objective control complex recorded all the actions of the Baltic Fleet naval aviation group. More than 100 military personnel took part in the training, and 10 aircraft were involved.

The P-50T aerial bomb is designed to train flight personnel in bombing. Ammunition can be used at any time of the day.
