A separate section for business has appeared in the Max messenger — now companies can launch their services directly within the application. More than 220 thousand companies have connected to the platform.
We are talking about the "Max for Business" section, which was launched in the mobile application. It was created to integrate companies with the platform and makes it possible to create their own services.
To get started, entrepreneurs were advised to update the application and go to the profile, where the "Max for Business" section appeared. There you can follow the instructions and configure your service.
After registration, the company will have to undergo mandatory verification. This is done by the owner or representative — through "Gosuslugi" or a partner bank.
Then companies get access to a set of tools. They can create chatbots, mini-applications and channels, connect CRMs and chatbot platforms, and also use the "Digital ID" function to confirm the age and preferential status of customers.
The Max partner platform itself was opened on October 23, 2025. In a few months, more than 220 thousand companies have connected to it.
