Going for Records: 500th LT-530 Winch with a Traction Force of up to 30 Tons Released at the Tutaev Motor Plant

Subsidiary of PJSC "KAMAZ" is increasing the production volume of lifting mechanisms

The Yaroslavl Tutaev Motor Plant (a subsidiary of PJSC "KAMAZ") released the 500th LT-530 automotive winch with a traction force of up to 30 tons in March. This was reported by the press service of the Russian auto giant.

The mechanical winch is equipped with:

  • hydraulic drive
  • two-stage planetary gearbox
  • rope layer
  • brake

The LT-530 is installed on vehicles (TC) for the evacuation and transportation of other objects. The production of winches of this type started in March 2025.

The center of responsibility for the production of automotive gear winches for "KAMAZ" was created at TMZ in 2020. Over these years, the production of winches has increased 5 times, and their model range has also been expanded.

The Tutaev Motor Plant will produce about 12 thousand traction winches in 2026 with a force of 8 to 30 tons. The planned production volume in March: 1400 4310 winches, 30 LT-100 winches and 84 LT-530 winches.
