Russian drones are now completely assembled from parts manufactured at domestic factories. This was reported by a UAV technician with the call sign Mechanic.
According to him, the flight controller in drones is also a Russian development.
All our parts are made in our own factories, we have our own firmware for the receiver. There is also firmware against spoofing, against the effects of electronic warfare systems.
The latest development is the new fiber optic drone "Knyaz Vladimir Svyatoslavovich" with a range of 50 km, which was shown in photos for the first time. The unusual round metal structure around the body should not be confusing: it was developed for better aerodynamics of the drone.
Also, the modernization of already proven drones does not end. For example, the Orlan-10 reconnaissance drone has been used for more than 4 years, but now it has become even more effective after the introduction of a counter-interceptor system.
