Moscow Machine-Building Production Association (MPO) named after I. I. Rumyantsev filed a lawsuit against PJSC "Kaluga Engine". The defendant produces GTD-1250 engines for the T-80 family of tanks in Russia.
The application was registered in the Arbitration Court of the Kaluga Region. The amount of the claim is 15.6 million rubles. It is about non-payment of money for deliveries, but which ones are not disclosed.
At the moment, the case is on pause, representatives of MPO named after I. Rumyantsev have not submitted the necessary documents to the court for its consideration.
MPO named after I. Rumyantsev manufactures fuel control equipment for gas turbine engines made by "Kadvy".
Earlier it became known that the engine plant for the T-90M "Proryv", Chelyabinsk "ChTZ-Uraltrak", accumulated 500 million rubles in debts.
