UMG (part of the «Rosspetsmash» association) has presented an updated version of the E225C LR crawler excavator. The main feature is that the model is equipped with a KAMAZ 667 series engine.
In order for the machinery to withstand heavy loads, the engineers have reinforced the structure: the working equipment is now made of more durable grades of steel of domestic production. Thanks to this, the excavator is capable of developing category four soils — the most complex and dense.
Extra-long working equipment has been developed for the UMG E225C and E245C models. It allows digging to a depth of up to 12.27 meters, and the operating radius reaches 16 meters. At the same time, the stability of the machine is maintained, which seriously expands the capabilities of the equipment at construction sites and in quarries, the company emphasized.
