Specialists from the Department of Hydraulics of the South Ural State University (SUSU), together with NPO "NTES", have completed the development of a family of compact loaders. The new equipment is capable of weighing goods directly in the bucket and has received an intelligent hydraulic control system.

The developers focused on modernizing the hydraulic circuit. The applied engineering solutions made it possible to almost halve the thermal load on the system. This had a positive effect on the overall efficiency of the machine.

The university noted that the optimization led to a decrease in specific fuel consumption. At the same time, the speed and overall performance of the equipment increased. The authors of the project emphasized that such characteristics were achieved thanks to non-standard approaches to the design of the hydraulic system.

A unique feature of the model is the system for measuring the mass of material in the bucket. The function is especially in demand when loading bulk cargo into the body of a car, where accurate weight accounting is required. The machine received an on-board computer with a touch screen to control the parameters.

The dimensions of the basic version are 2.6 m in length, 1.4 m in height and 1.1 m in width. The weight of the chassis without attachments is 1.25 tons. For small farms, a lightened version weighing 0.7 tons is provided. The design of the equipment allows the use of over 50 types of attachments. The list of available tools includes:

  • milling-rotary snowplow
  • blade and bucket
  • concrete mixer
  • mulcher and mower
  • earth drill.
