Andrey Kucherenkov, Business Director of "Avito Rabota", explained that the figures are calculated based on the average values of salary ranges from vacancies and are primarily aimed at specialists with 1 to 3 years of experience. In transport engineering, engineers are involved in the development and design of vehicles and their key components: engines, chassis, safety systems, and other components.
The metallurgical industry ranked second, with an average offer of about 111 thousand rubles per month. Engineers in this industry are responsible for designing and optimizing production processes, as well as for quality control of metals and alloys.
The construction of industrial and infrastructure facilities took third place with an average of 104,180 rubles per month. Specialists here design and supervise the construction of large facilities: factories, power plants, bridges, highways, and other structures.
The expert emphasized that real earnings may vary significantly depending on the region, the specific work experience of the specialist, the format of employment, and the employer's policy.
