At the "Patriot" park (Kubinka, Moscow region), as part of the International Exhibition "Products of Leading Enterprises of the Russian Defense Industrial Complex", the Rostec holding presented promising robotic developments of the company "RT-Tekhpriemka".
Experts demonstrated two key solutions aimed at automating production processes and quality control in industry.
"Cybermodule TKF" is a system for fully automated loading and unloading of blanks and finished parts into machines with numerical program control (CNC). Thanks to the introduction of such a module, it is possible to increase the efficiency of operators' working time several times, minimize equipment downtime and significantly increase the total output of products.
Another novelty is the "Cybermodule 3D" — a robotic arm equipped with a high-precision laser scanner. The system scans products in real time, compares the data obtained with digital reference models and automatically detects geometry defects, dimensional deviations or other inconsistencies. The development is easily integrated into the existing digital infrastructure of enterprises and is designed for objective input, operational and output quality control of blanks and finished parts.
Both solutions belong to a line of robotic complexes that allow Russian industrial enterprises to move to a higher level of automation, reduce dependence on manual labor and increase the stability of the quality of products.
