Motorskay, a resident of the Skolkovo Foundation (part of VEB.RF Group), has launched a fully automated production line for the production of brushless electric motors, primarily intended for unmanned aerial systems (UAS).
The new automated full-cycle line allows the production of up to 10,000 high-quality electric motors per month.
The project was implemented in partnership with the Perm-based company Robotech: the entire technological chain was designed and a complex of robotic equipment was implemented through joint efforts. The complete "turnkey" launch took only four months, after which the company moved to mass production.
Skolkovo emphasized the key advantages of the new line: complete end-to-end quality control at all stages, rapid changeover to various product sizes, and the potential for rapid scaling while maintaining competitive cost.
Currently, Motorskay mass-produces brushless electric motors with a capacity of 100 W to 5 kW. The company plans to significantly expand its product line. In the near future, the company intends to reach its design production capacity, continue fine-tuning processes, and establish stable supplies.
