The former procurement director of the Kalashnikov concern, Ksenia Grashchenkova, was interrogated in the case of Alexei Ledenev, co-founder of Intertekhnika, his business partner Alexei Morokhov, and former director of the company Yuri Chernyshev. They are accused of embezzling more than 37.7 million rubles. This was reported by TASS news agency with reference to the materials of the criminal case.
The defendants from Ivanovo pointed to Grashchenkova's possible involvement in abuse of power in the execution of the state defense order. According to the materials, on October 11, 2023, a contract was concluded between the Kalashnikov concern, represented by the procurement director Ksenia Grashchenkova, and Intertekhnika LLC, represented by the director Yuri Chernyshev, for the manufacture of semi-finished products from the customer's raw materials. On March 22, 2025, a face-to-face confrontation took place between Grashchenkova and Morokhov.
Later, Ledenev, as part of a cooperation agreement, also pointed to her role, but the agreement was subsequently terminated. Grashchenkova's position and the content of the charges against her have not yet been disclosed.
The investigation believes that from October 2023 to November 2024, Ledenev, Morokhov and Chernyshev purchased defective parts in China at a price lower than that established by the contracts and supplied Kalashnikov with more than a third of such products, knowingly aware of their non-compliance with technical requirements. The defendants, according to the investigation, distributed the stolen 37.7 million rubles among themselves.
The criminal case was initiated in November 2025 against unidentified persons from among the management of the Kalashnikov concern. Earlier, the investigation released Ledenev on recognizance not to leave, but terminated the pre-trial agreements with him and Morokhov.
The investigation concerns the supply of substandard parts under the state defense order. Investigators are checking the participation of representatives of the Kalashnikov concern and Intertekhnika contractors in the scheme with the purchase of components in China at a reduced price.
