United Engine Corporation (ODK) of Rostec has delivered five gas pumping units with a total capacity of 86 MW for booster compressor stations of the "Power of Siberia" gas pipeline. The equipment, designed for gas supply from fields in the Irkutsk Region and Yakutia, is built on the basis of gas turbine engines, ensuring high reliability in harsh climatic conditions.
Three unified UGPA-12 units, each with a capacity of 12 MW, have been supplied for the Kovykta field. They were developed by "ODK Engineering" using PS-90GP-1 gas turbine engines from "ODK-Perm Engines". The unified platform allows integrating turbines of different capacities without significant structural changes, speeding up production and installation.
Two GPA-25 units, each with a capacity of 25 MW, with PS-90GP-25 gas turbine engines from "ODK-Perm Engines", are intended for the Chayanda field. These solutions are widely used in магистральной транспортировке газа: over 90 similar units are in operation in Russia.
UGPA-12 and GPA-25 gas turbine units remain operational at temperatures from -60°C to +45°C, with a time between overhauls of 35,000 hours, which is critical for remote fields.
