The Russian Federation is ready to deepen military-technical cooperation with Saudi Arabia, TASS was told in the press service of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation during the World Defense Show 2026 exhibition in Riyadh.
The FSMTC noted that Saudi partners are showing particular interest in modern aviation equipment, air defense systems and drone combat equipment, as well as in the maintenance of previously supplied military products.
The Russian side confirms its readiness to further strengthen military-technical cooperation with Saudi partners in all of the above and other areas of cooperation of mutual interest.
Earlier it became known that the Russian Federation is discussing with foreign partners the possibility of locating plants in other countries for the production of Russian Orlan-10E and Orlan-30 reconnaissance drone systems.
