Russia is in talks with foreign partners to deploy the production of Russian Orlan-10E and Orlan-30 unmanned reconnaissance systems on their territory, TASS was told in the press service of the Federal Service for Military-Technical Cooperation (FSMTC).
Negotiations on the production of Russian UAV systems, including Orlan-10E and Orlan-30, on the territory of partners are indeed underway, but it is too early to talk about the start of practical implementation of projects.
The negotiations are taking place on the sidelines of the World Defense Show 2026 international defense exhibition, which opened in Riyadh (Saudi Arabia).
Earlier, the FSMTC reported that the Middle East was interested in Su-35 fighters after the aircraft confirmed its tactical and technical characteristics in armed conflict zones.
