Russian "Orlan" series reconnaissance UAVs have received a new domestic engine. This was announced by an official representative of the "Special Technological Center" (STC).
According to him, specialists are constantly working to modernize "Orlan" UAVs and special software.

The multifunctional complex with unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) "Orlan-10E" and the complex with unmanned aerial vehicle "Orlan-30" were demonstrated at the Dubai Airshow in Dubai.
Technical maintenance of "Orlan" takes no more than 30 minutes — from landing to new launch. The UAVs run on regular 95-octane gasoline, and outwardly resemble a car. They are completely invulnerable to electronic warfare equipment.
