The area of the new workshop exceeds 2,000 square meters. Production is based at the site of the Titanium Valley special economic zone in Verkhnyaya Salda.

The creation of a full-cycle complex that covers the entire process — from smelting titanium ingots to processing finished billets — is a significant contribution to the development of domestic industry.
Denis Pasler, Governor of the Sverdlovsk Region

The plant's products will be aimed at the needs of such industries as aviation, mechanical engineering, and energy. Total investment for the project amounted to about 1.18 billion rubles. It is expected that at the beginning of 2026 the production complex will reach full capacity.
