Digital MFCs for all regions of Russia are now available on the Max platform, Farit Khusnoyarov, VK vice president and head of the platform, said. According to him, these services operate in the format of chatbots. Russians can, for example, book a doctor\'s appointment through Max.
Users have already received ten million notifications from MFCs, more than three million of which concern document readiness. In the chatbots, users can also find out the status of an application, book an appointment, or receive information about addresses, statistics, and queue status at branches.
Over the past year, the national messenger has gained 80 million users. In December, a record daily reach of 51 million people was recorded. Now it is used by 85 million people already. Since the launch of Max, more than ten billion messages have been sent and 2.2 billion calls have been made. The service has more than 140 thousand public channels with a total audience of 45 million subscribers.
