Moscow JSC "Machine-Building Production Association named after I. Rumyantsev" (MPO named after I. Rumyantsev) filed a large claim against the Scientific and Production Corporation (NPK) Uralvagonzavod. The case was registered in the file cabinet of the Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region.
The amount of the claim is 36.2 million rubles. The date of the hearing has not yet been set.
It should be noted that MPO named after I. Rumyantsev produces critical components for fuel and hydraulic systems of aircraft engines, including modern PD-8 and PD-14. The company provides a full cycle - from development and serial production to repair and maintenance of these systems.
Uralvagonzavod is the main manufacturer of T-90M "Proryv", T-80BVM and T-72B3M tank lines in Russia. The company is often sued in commercial cases. There have become so many of them that "Perviy Technicheskiy" even collected them in a large article.
