The Russian company Izh-Techno, known for producing tuning components for SUVs, has developed a permanent all-wheel drive kit for UAZ vehicles.
The reduction ratio is 3.3, the differential is made with four satellites on the spider, and double-row bearings are installed on the drive shafts to reduce vibration and increase the service life of the components.
Permanent all-wheel drive provides torque distribution to all wheels without delay, which improves the UAZ's off-road capability in difficult conditions and when towing loads.
Izh-Techno supplies reinforced drives, reduction gears and axle locks, which are in demand among extreme off-road enthusiasts and professional teams.
