There have been no official comments from the Ministry of Emergency Situations regarding the purpose of the flight. However, some anonymous Telegram channels focused on the Chechen audience have reported unconfirmed information about a traffic accident involving high-ranking officials of the region. This information remains without official confirmation from law enforcement agencies or regional authorities.

The first Russian "flying hospital" based on the An-148 was put into operation in 2013. The aircraft is equipped with modern medical equipment, allowing for emergency therapeutic care and monitoring of the patient's condition during the flight. At the same time, it was planned to create a second similar module, but information about its further fate is not available in open sources.
