Roskomnadzor initiated cases against 33 telecom operators

Providers violated the rules for working with technical means of countering threats

Roskomnadzor plans to hold 33 telecom operators liable for failing to comply with the requirements for installing technical means of countering threats (TMCT). These hardware and software systems are needed to filter traffic containing prohibited content. A total of 35 violations were identified on operators' networks.

Court hearings have already taken place on four counts, and the violators have been fined. Materials on six counts have been sent to court. The remaining operators were summoned for the drafting of violation reports.
