The workshops of the "Stankotech" enterprise, which is part of the Rostec State Corporation's ecosystem, produce super-heavy and highly specialized equipment weighing up to 700 tons. Such machine tools are designed to solve problems in the most technologically complex industries - from aircraft and engine construction to shipbuilding and the space industry.
Over the decades, the plant has mastered the production of many equipment modifications, some of which were exported to dozens of countries around the world.
Company representatives previously noted that such machine tools form the basis of modern mechanical engineering, providing precision machining of large parts that is not available for standard equipment. According to them, without such solutions, it is impossible to implement projects in the field of deep modernization of industry and import substitution.
Stankotech's super-heavy machine tools are distinguished by unique positioning accuracy and vibration resistance characteristics. They are equipped with the latest generation of digital control systems that support integration into industrial platforms and computer-aided design systems. Many models have a modular architecture, which allows them to be adapted to the specific requirements of customers - from processing titanium blanks for jet engines to milling body elements of marine power plants.
