First Photo of "Geran-3" Jet Drone with Starlink Module Appears

A "Kometa-M" interference-protected module was also spotted on board the UAV

The first photograph of the latest Russian "Geran-3" kamikaze drone with a Starlink satellite communication module and a "Kometa-M" interference-protected satellite navigation antenna has appeared online.

The use of Starlink significantly increases the capabilities of "Geran" operators to hit targets, as satellite communication reliably proves itself even in conditions of electronic warfare (EW).

As a reminder, "Geran-3" kamikaze drones fly one way, and Starlink modules are a very rare piece of equipment among the Russian military.

The "Geran-3" jet drones are a very interesting means of destruction in terms of layout. They have been found to contain parts from Switzerland and Japan. For example, Telefly JT80 engines provide acceleration for the drones up to 370 km/h.

However, in the previous version of the strike drone, the "Geran-2", foreign components were also found, mainly from China and the USA.
