In the outgoing year, FSUE Atomflot, with the support of FSBI GlavSevmorput, implemented an effective logistics model for delivering goods to remote Arctic regions. The supply of fuel, food, and building materials to Chukotka was fully ensured, both for industrial and social facilities.

According to the General Director of Atomflot, Yakov Antonov, for the first time in the history of Arctic navigation, eight nuclear icebreakers are simultaneously involved in the waters of the Northern Sea Route. He added that the systematic commissioning of universal nuclear icebreakers of Project 22220 allows maintaining a stable convoy schedule and ensuring reliable navigation in the Arctic, even in extreme ice conditions.
