The Russian economy is in serious need of specialists with artificial intelligence (AI) skills. This is the conclusion reached by analysts at J’son Partners Consulting.
During the year, almost 200 thousand vacancies in the field of AI were published on recruitment portals, which is 18% more than in 2024.
What AI personnel are employers looking for:
- engineer
- developer
- system architect
- analyst
- AI solution integration specialist
Experts at J’son Partners Consulting emphasize that the number of vacancies is growing on average 5% faster than the number of applicants with such skills. According to their estimates, up to 120 thousand people can work with AI in the Russian labor market now.
However, the gap between supply and demand will continue to increase, researchers believe. The expert community explains this by the “blurring” of AI technologies across various industries. This includes industry, medicine, the financial and public sectors.
